Booking Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Booking Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online appointment booking system of Harmatosvölgy Kozmetika.
By booking an appointment through the website, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Appointment Booking

When making a booking through the website, the client provides the required information and selects the desired service and appointment time.
After a booking has been successfully submitted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically.

3. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

If a client wishes to modify or cancel an appointment, they may do so by replying to the confirmation e-mail.
Clients are kindly requested to notify the service provider of any cancellation or modification at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, whenever possible.

4. Late Arrival

In the event of a late arrival, the duration of the treatment may be shortened depending on the remaining available time.
For significant delays, it may not be possible to perform the treatment in its entirety.

5. No-Show Policy

Missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a significant loss for the service provider. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. In the event of a no-show, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% of the treatment fee. Repeated no-shows or multiple late cancellations may result in the restriction or refusal of future online bookings.
